The Hatice Turhan Valide Sultan Fountain and Sebil is located in Eminönü, İstanbul. The complex includes the New Mosque, the Sultan’s Pavilion, a school, the Egyptian Bazaar, a tomb, the sebil and the fountain.

The sebil and fountain were damaged by fire in 1902 and were later restored in accordance with their original architecture. After becoming unusable over time, the Hatice Turhan Valide Sultan Sebil was restored through an extensive effort undertaken by our association and reopened to public use on July 14, 2003.
